Village Diner in Saugerties, NY
After a recent snowstorm kept us inside for days, we needed to combat our cabin fever. So we bundled up, got in the car, and ventured out into the frozen tundra to our favorite spot (and the latest Diner Porn headquarters)—the Saugerties Village Diner.
We ordered a combo that could only be found at a diner—silver dollar pancakes, sausage, Greek salad, and the spaghetti and meatball special—and camped out in a booth. We stayed warm and cozy, making witty banter with the wait staff, drinking cup after cup of coffee, and watching the snow fall softly outside.
We’ll be excited when spring finally comes, but we have to say, winter’s not all bad.
